MOVIE SYNOPSIS - Where can I watch it and what's the story of this 2005 film?

On his way to a concert, Marco, a teen jazz trumpeter, pays a visit to an old comrade and tells his story in flashback. When he was the son of a brutal alcoholic father, his life was saved by his encounter with Luca, an old jazz musician who gave music.
