MOVIE SYNOPSIS - Where can I watch it and what's the story of this 2006 film?

A writer moves to a remote island with his daughter and his youngest son. After organized in your new home, a neighbor arrives to welcome them and give them an outline of local rules, and the most important of all: do not leave when the siren starts ringing the island.
