MOVIE SYNOPSIS - Where can I watch it and what's the story of this 1944 film?

A British officer suspicious about the decision of his superiors to create a new body, the Air -Sea Rescue Service, in charge of saving the pilots killed in the Channel and the North Sea, as for the Lord the real action is found in the air. Change his mind when one of the sailors is shot and is forced to drive one of the boats to save the rest of his teammates.
