MOVIE SYNOPSIS - Where can I watch it and what's the story of this 1966 film?

A jazz musician agrees to work in the warehouse of the small town in which by extension is installed. When you check that nobody cares about the education of children, decided to form a group of boy scouts. His idea, at first, is received with great suspicion, however on the other hand gradually the boys get excited about the project.
