MOVIE SYNOPSIS - Where can I watch it and what's the story of this 1951 film?

They form a strange pair. His life revolves around lovers dropouts, runaways picaresque hotels and shows in cabarets. She does not know who his father or a school has ever walked. His great curiosity leads her to be a self-taught and just nine years it has become the "manager" and protective of his mother. But she loses custody of her daughter, her planet of dreams, emotions and glamor crumbles and begins a descent into hell.
