MOVIE SYNOPSIS - Where can I watch it and what's the story of this 2002 film?

Iva and Marija two young lesbians who decide to rent an apartment together. All sorts of strange characters live in his apartment, including a prostitute, an ex - soldier, a teenager who goes out with skinheads, and an old man who hides the fact that his wife is dead to continue collecting his pension. The couple's problems begin when their neighbors realize that they are lesbians and worsen when a neighbor falls for Iva and has trouble accepting sexual orientation the same.
