MOVIE SYNOPSIS - Where can I watch it and what's the story of this 1999 film?

A successful former actress, freshly out of a long love affair with director Giacomo, Mara decides to open a new chapter in her life by dedicating herself to a career as a screenwriter. Supported in her work by Dario, she finds the right opportunity in a competition, where the best screenplay is up for grabs the funds needed to make a film. Her concentration is, however, severely tested by the intrusiveness of her friends, Monica, Tazi and Vera, divided between a relationship crisis and the search for a new social identity.
