MOVIE SYNOPSIS - Where can I watch it and what's the story of this 1986 film?

Year 1985, East Berlin. Klaus Drittemann is a singer who is forced to move to the West. Already in 1968, due to a protest song, was encouraged to leave the country and to recognize their provocation, bypassing any process change, however then refused by the love of their country. Now, however, almost twenty years later, sad and disappointed, choose the same path as did his father Jacob long ago. This goodbye to his son Thomas, his stepfather and his mother Rosa. Once in West Berlin accommodation achieved thanks to Lucy Bernstein, who offered him a recording contract for the Taube Records. Klaus also asking for your support to be reunited with his father, as long he does not know anything about him. Emma Lucy entrusted Baen, a French lady who, through his work as a journalist, a search can help you to discover unknown and surprising stage of the life of his father.
