MOVIE SYNOPSIS - Where can I watch it and what's the story of this 2004 film?

In the province of Neuquén, Patagonia Argentina, the workers of the Zanon ceramics factory opposed pattern redundancy plan, which included deleting more than half of its employees to avoid close down because of the crisis. In October 2001 the workers took over the factory and ensure the production since no pattern. All earn the same salary of 800 pesos generating new employment positions. And demonstrated that it is possible, in times of crisis, while listening to one, propose work to others and help maintain corporate solidarity when the state does not give solutions. In Argentina, there are about one hundred factories which have followed the example of the struggle of the workers of Zanon and produced under the control of its workers. An experience that deserves to be told directly by the protagonists.
