MOVIE SYNOPSIS - Where can I watch it and what's the story of this 2003 film?

Fredo is a young naive and clumsy, who works as a lab assistant professor Manalo. Fredo is also the guinea pig for their experiments, which are often disastrous for any human being. One day the enigmatic librarian Helen tells about an article he read on a sphere located in Intramuros, which said granted special powers. The three then travel in search of the area and found the body of a dead alien. Because of the awkwardness of Fredo, the sphere is lost, but actually ends up in your pocket. Fredo gets all superpowers when accidentally touch the sphere and convirtierte in Fantastic Man now must save his people from what will be his archenemy Diabolica.
