Like its predecessor, this film is divided into several pieces, in this case eight, each accompanied by different musical pieces. These include The Sorcerer's Apprentice, starring Mickey Mouse, which appeared in the first Fantasia. This is a sequel of Fantasia (1940), but it was produced and filmed before.
