MOVIE SYNOPSIS - Where can I watch it and what's the story of this 2011 film?

A serial murderer is terrorizing the city. An innocent bystander witnesses his latest attack, but falls off a bridge hescapar knocking him unconscious. When he wakes up in the hospital, unable to recognize his own family, not her boyfriend, not even his own reflection in the mirror. He just diagnosing prosopagnosia, a neurological disorder caused by an actual injury that prevents compare temporal lobe face we are seeing another side stored in memory, so it is incapable of recognizing the same face twice, each time it looks like someone is new to her. But she is the only witness and the murderer is lurking.
