MOVIE SYNOPSIS - Where can I watch it and what's the story of this 1981 film?

The introvert Darryl Deever concierge gets a job in a block of buildings. Very amateur video, has a habit of recording television news in which it appears Tony Sokolow, a beautiful reporter for whom he feels an irresistible attraction. When working in the building where an individual is killed Vietnamese nationals, she goes to cover the story, and to spark their interest, Darrill assures him that he has seen it all, so you will have dire consequences and jeopardize the course of research.
