MOVIE SYNOPSIS - Where can I watch it and what's the story of this 2007 film?

A man returns to Strasbourg to find a lady who fell madly in love four years ago and recall that magical moment. It's summer. The young stranger loitering observing and drawing gestures and expressions captured randomly in the street while looking for that woman, whose memory hangs over the town. That search leads him to another lady and she to another, always under the invocation of the absent.
