MOVIE SYNOPSIS - Where can I watch it and what's the story of this 2002 film?

Cècile and Joachim are about to get married, but all this are truncated his future as he suffers an accident and is quadriplegic. However, the most terrible thing is that by the way Cècile falls for the husband responsible for the accident, dad family with three children.
