MOVIE SYNOPSIS - Where can I watch it and what's the story of this 2011 film?

Men, women and children in chains, mostly in the open, deprived of food and water, some of them beaten regularly, or abandoned in cities from children, for their families, the film shows the incredible situation in which they find the most African mentally ill from severe schizophrenic epileptic simple. A fact unknown even to most Africans, because they hide the families affected by shame or superstition. From the stunning chronicle of a man, African tire repairman, who one day decided to devote himself to a mission: to save, heal and reintegrate into society the forgotten of the forgotten, the mentally ill Africans.
