MOVIE SYNOPSIS - Where can I watch it and what's the story of this 1979 film?

In 1895 Elpidio Valdes is a young Cuban, a family member of mambises, who lives on the outskirts of a village, and conspires to take up arms against the Spanish crown. The Spanish, Creole and its lackeys are tipped off and will do everything possible to prevent the rise, trapping the leaders: the Valdes.
