MOVIE SYNOPSIS - Where can I watch it and what's the story of this 1985 film?

Greek Eleni is a woman struggling to keep her family together despite the climate of confusion in their country since the end of World War II. His torture and murder at the hands of rebel fighters has destroyed the life of his son Nick, a New York Times reporter who decides to return to his village to discover the truth about the death of his mother.
