MOVIE SYNOPSIS - Where can I watch it and what's the story of this 2002 film?

Mexico in the early twentieth century. After the murder of his best mate at the hands of Lieutenant Calleja, José de Jesus Negrete Diaz defected army and becomes champion of the poor and oppressed. Disappointed with the ambition of men, Jose de Jesus forms a gang of women and through the dissemination of their actions justicieras in a newspaper, becomes the "Tiger of Santa Julia ": a living legend who steals from scammers to distribute the booty among the poor.
