MOVIE SYNOPSIS - Where can I watch it and what's the story of this 2002 film?

1960, Buenos Aires. Valentine is a nine year old boy who lives with his grandmother. His mother disappeared when he was three, and his father is a loose cannon unable to assume any liability. Valentine is a lonely boy who constantly searches for love and affection. His life goes on quietly and only has two obsessions: to be an astronaut and take his father with his mother. But his father did not want to stir up the past and also continues to disappoint brides presenting horrific, until one day he has to Leticia, which is immediately smitten Valentin.
