MOVIE SYNOPSIS - Where can I watch it and what's the story of this 2011 film?

The bridge San Roque González de Santa Cruz between Posadas, Argentina, with Encarnacion, Paraguay. At its opening in April 1990 the official said that the dream work unit condensed between Argentina, Paraguay and Brazil. But it became a frontier repressive and corrupt. With this framework, Aurora Lucena, the widow of a policeman who was killed in a confusing episode under that bridge, goes to look for witnesses to the event with the hope that the cause of her husband to rise to trial. Eduardo Petta, a former prosecutor in the region Paraguayan facing smuggling and corruption on the bridge and was deposed in a conflict never clarified, Incarnation decides to explain to their children what happened. Ricardo de la Cruz Rodriguez, a lawyer who defends smugglers Posadas anticapitalist arguments, write a report on the criminalization of poverty in the region for the Human Rights Ministry Inns.
