MOVIE SYNOPSIS - Where can I watch it and what's the story of this 2010 film?

A gunman responsible for abductions, torture and hundreds of deaths he has the secrets of their work. Former police commander of Chihuahua, now lives as a fugitive, pursued by his former bosses. The experienced documentary filmmaker Gianfranco Rosi, awarded in Venice in 2008 for his work '' Below Sea Level '', risking decided to meet in person with a real drug dealer and assassin to learn first-hand testimony. Rosi is responsible not only for the performance but also the screenplay, production and photography, fields, all of them, which has developed extensive experience throughout his career. The highlight of the film is that all research is conducted around the speech of a true criminal, whose head is worth more than 180,000 euros, so the main figure aaparenta at all times with their faces covered. The meeting had to be conducted with the utmost discretion in a border area between Mexico and the United States, in Room 164 of a hotel, the title of the documentary.
