Dr. Orloff, seriously ill, communicates his disciple Dr. Jekyll, the formula to make the robots walk by electromagnetic impulses. Before, it had gone mad because of jealousy, when he learns that his wife and brother are lovers. Revenge and madness led him to extreme limits remote killing people and causing panic in the city.
