MOVIE SYNOPSIS - Where can I watch it and what's the story of this 1985 film?

The residents of a neighborhood are going to be evicted. The Transas has trouble with a man who seduced his sister at a party. Xochitl She is desired by all the neighbors but she only wants to marry the Transas humanitarian getting a readjustment for all home to her sister and marries again.
