MOVIE SYNOPSIS - Where can I watch it and what's the story of this 2003 film?

Silvia is a young woman who has made the most important choice of his short life: suicide to donate organs. Before doing so, makes clear his desire in the video diary in which he recorded his most intimate confessions during the last year. Thus, three bodies are anonymous Silvia. Carlos, a middle-aged man with an uncertain future employment and dependent family is receiving the heart. To Agnes, a young blind from birth, he transplanted his corneas. And Matthew, another young man who lives on the edge of the town, and also of the law, Silvia receives liver. For them, the end of the life of Silvia represents the new beginning of yours. And all of them, small and immense take decisions that will shape their future. But what led to this decision Silvia ? Why this was the answer he craved, the explanation for its existence, its release ? While watching his video diary, while we see the daily flescapar the lives of Agnes, Matthew and Carlos after transplantation, we find the answers. Answers that make their way through a second chance.
