MOVIE SYNOPSIS - Where can I watch it and what's the story of this 2009 film?

The unexpected and burning passion between two women, Lucia and Lea, in Buenos Aires. Lives in suspense, bonds without pleasure. Both are Italian, but absolutely opposed. It is a spiritual journey that literally lead to the end of the world. In the distant desert vastness of Patagonia, struggling with the remains of a ship and its secrets, while dancing a tango that breaks convention and seek the broken threads of his life.
