MOVIE SYNOPSIS - Where can I watch it and what's the story of this 2006 film?

Lucy lives with her parents in a quiet neighborhood. The night he lost his first tooth, the tooth fairy does not get to leave the currency. Lucia is concerned and feels that something bad has happened to Perez. Distraught, he tells his dad his suspicions, but he pays no attention. So, goes on a search of Perez, assisted by her cousin Ramiro. Soon discover that the Tooth Fairy lives on a boat which has a well-organized factory, where thousands of mice that make pearls with teeth collected from children.
