MOVIE SYNOPSIS - Where can I watch it and what's the story of this 2006 film?

Cain is overweight, shy and invisible to women. He works as a butcher in the Madrid neighborhood of Lavapies, surrounded by Moroccan immigrants, Bangladeshi, Chinese, Senegalese, Bulgarians, Peruvians? ? But Cain is discovered alone. His family is reduced to his brother Abel, who has everything envy Cain: he is handsome, seductive, is married to a flag and two beautiful twin dad. When Cain discovers that his brother Abel made pregnant Aisha, an attractive neighbor, daughter of immigrants from Bangladesh, a Muslim, surprised everyone when he decides to pose as the father and assume the maintenance and education of the child.
