MOVIE SYNOPSIS - Where can I watch it and what's the story of this 2004 film?

Sonia, an executive of the fashion world, can hardly spend time with her son and husband. Dew, neighbor and friend of Sonia, despite being very well prepared professionally, has not always been lucky and has worked any, is also married and has a daughter. Rocio Sonia gets a job in his company. The doubts that Sonia begins to take on the meaning of their work, will descend on the organization chart ; Dew, however, will rise.
