MOVIE SYNOPSIS - Where can I watch it and what's the story of this 2009 film?

Comedy which chronicles the attempts of Brus, an indigenous artist, to organize his community against an American oil company, Kenny Oil, which seeks to expand its operations in their territories. Brus for help working with a local NGO and engages in the work of an American researcher, Angie. As he goes deeper into the surreal world of volunteers and "experts" in development, he finds his own way of bringing strength to his community. " The hortealno Dog " is a shining example of a new way of producing socially conscious films. Located deep in the Peruvian Amazon, a group of 15 international volunteers join forces with the local Indians to create a piece of cinema on social and environmental pressure leads to conflicts in the region. No shoes, no shirts, no script, no problem. Living and working together every day for three months, the team produced " The Dog in the Manger ", about threats strange development in the Amazon, the danger to the interests of the oil companies, and the power of art and culture to give strength to a community.
