MOVIE SYNOPSIS - Where can I watch it and what's the story of this 1961 film?

The haunting vampire Sergio Sutobai, an elegant and sinister character, has under him a set of vampires who has retreated into a cave located in the basement of his mansion and that dominates at will through music orders them gives a gigantic organ. Sergio Sutobai wants revenge Kolman, last descendant of a secular enemy of his brothers, who were killed.
