MOVIE SYNOPSIS - Where can I watch it and what's the story of this 1954 film?

It tells the story of a newspaper vendor who is duped by an opportunist who seeks to make it look like the son of his future father, which is a more impoverished Arabian immigrant called Raful. German agrees to participate in the charade, the more compelled by circumstances that convenience and must support the rejection of Ms. Fatima, the wife of Don Raful legitimate.
