MOVIE SYNOPSIS - Where can I watch it and what's the story of this 2011 film?

Sergei a Soviet exmilitar mafias linked to this, live hidden in a old house among vineyards. His strange and lonely life changes unexpectedly when you must take charge of his niece Natasha, a troubled twelve year old girl. The two beings uprooted, educated in violence, they face the challenge of living together and help each other, pulling themselves the best they have inside. Jacob, the stepfather, a type associated with the underworld, will have a key role in the future of his stepdaughter. Meanwhile Silvia, a doctor with a dark past, will be the link between Sergei, Natasha and the world around them.
