MOVIE SYNOPSIS - Where can I watch it and what's the story of this 2002 film?

" El Florido Pensil " is reflective, humorous, education of several generations of Spanish, between the decades of the forties to the sixties. Based on the book by Andrés Sopeña, evokes, from the present, memories of the time: the school everyday, local radio, Roberto Alcazar comics, film opening Thursday with Franco swamps and " Yon Güein " chasing and killing Indians. Through a child's eyes Sopeña child and her classmates will find a way of understanding the world, the corporation and Spain " flowery glories hanging " as they sang the national anthem of those years.
