MOVIE SYNOPSIS - Where can I watch it and what's the story of this 1983 film?

The consortium of the people approve a proposal from the Mayor, instruct Ramon, a sculptor ruined, an equestrian statue of Franco. Luis, one of the council, visit Ramon and proposes the commission, which rejected Ramon for ideological reasons, but after pondering it accepts as there are no marble equestrian statues. When Ramon finally ends the statue, the whole consortium believes that the time has passed to inaugurate a statue of Franco. To satisfy Ramon approve the making of a new statue. This will be dedicated to democracy.
