MOVIE SYNOPSIS - Where can I watch it and what's the story of this 2013 film?
Miguel, a successful businessman, asks his young daughter Elena to return to Ecuador to accompany him to face his serious illness. The relationship between Michael and Elena is cold, distant, tense, contrary to what I expected Miguel. Elena days elapse between alcohol and drugs so Miguel, cover away from the city environment, asks her to go for a while to the estate of his grandfather. Elena is reunited with Galo, childhood playmate, who works with indigenous communities near the hacienda ; Elena invites him to a minga in the wilderness for cleaning the irrigation canal.
