MOVIE SYNOPSIS - Where can I watch it and what's the story of this 1982 film?

In the West, 1890, during a plague epidemic in the late nineteenth century, Siamese twins born in Mexico together, children of the sheriff of a town. The mother dies in childbirth and the sheriff decides ashamed of that aberration hide and lock the planet. After a few years, forcing a doctor to separate them through surgery, but one of the Siamese dies. However, the evil twin's spirit returns from the afterlife to avenge the father, who because of his death.
