MOVIE SYNOPSIS - Where can I watch it and what's the story of this 2002 film?

The two locals boring holiday classic Cordoba hills transform into an amazing life project when mistaken their way and end up in an old abandoned hotel in a village. Encouraged by the experience of an auction, join a group of characters to renovate the dilapidated building. But a lawyer with influences in the people are opposed to the plan.
