MOVIE SYNOPSIS - Where can I watch it and what's the story of this 2007 film?

Spain, late nineteenth century. A powerful English company obtained a concession to operate for 30 years the mines of Rio Tinto, Huelva. Blanca Bosco, a girl of nine years, and his inseparable friend Kathleen English, niece of British director witness the miserable living conditions of workers, including children abound, and the terrible air pollution. Crops, livestock, trees, rivers, but especially the people, from Seville to southern Portugal, suffering the aggression of toxic fumes. The arrival in town of Maximilian, a revolutionary who falls in love White's mother, represents hope for all. Miners, farmers and thousands of people came from all Huelva, what are the February 4, 1888 in a peaceful demonstration, the first environmental protest in history. They demand improved working conditions and an end to the emission of toxic gases, which has been banned by the British Parliament for 30 years. But the influential company is not willing to reduce their profits. Fifty soldiers, sent by the Governor, very docile human being to the dictates of the English, take positions ready to open fire at Plaza Rio Tinto.
