MOVIE SYNOPSIS - Where can I watch it and what's the story of this 1971 film?

Two young leave city life for the simplicity of life in the province. Unfortunately, the lake beside which they will live is being polluted by a locally manufactured. After one of her girlfriends get sick with the lake water, they discover that the authorities are not going to provide help.
