MOVIE SYNOPSIS - Where can I watch it and what's the story of this 1985 film?

Sometime in the Middle Ages vague, indeterminate somewhere in Europe. Among the thick forests once stood solid Ruk castle in the Conde pains he suffered, worried about the uncertain future of their marriageable daughter, Alba, meanwhile, Fray Lupo and Clever, the captain of the guard, conspired to back the Count. And among those stout walls also an enigmatic gentleman, Boecius, elaborated ointments that had to heal the Count, and experimented with still and retorts seeking the Philosopher's Stone, and particularly dark night, in a firm voice uttered an eerie invocation. As he finished reciting the spell when in that dark night came the Dragon. An animal wheel and roaring, with flashes of fire, which began to catch animals of all kinds. Ruk Villagers decided not to pay their taxes until someone had hell with that animal. This was the beginning of a great story of love, adventure and fantasy.
