MOVIE SYNOPSIS - Where can I watch it and what's the story of this 2015 film?

The ocean contains the history of mankind. The sea holds all the voices of the earth and those coming from space. The water is being driven by the stars and transmits them to living creatures. The water, the longest border of Chile, also keeps secrete two mysterious buttons found on the ocean floor. Chile, with its 2670 miles of coastline and the longest archipelago in the world, presents a supernatural landscape. Here are the volcanoes, mountains and glaciers. Here are the voices of the Patagonian Indians, the first British sailors and political prisoners. It is said that water has memory. This film shows that also has a voice.
