MOVIE SYNOPSIS - Where can I watch it and what's the story of this 1983 film?

Crisanto, a police inspector who has been two years inactive, is returned to service and the first case to be solved which apparently easy, is complicated. The deputy Gonzalez colleague is murdered and the murder track will be very difficult because it has no confidants he had before.
