MOVIE SYNOPSIS - Where can I watch it and what's the story of this 2006 film?

It tells the story of three people who live in the same building. On the one hand a couple something different: her decorator refined over forty -five and he a teenager thirtysomething, with an uncertain future. On the other hand, a young artist and somewhat unhinged unemployed, who portrays his neighbors, spying and draw your way. The meeting point of the three characters is a neighboring bar, thus making the owner, involuntary witness of the triangle, in which armed much have to see a famous character who lives in Paris.
