MOVIE SYNOPSIS - Where can I watch it and what's the story of this 1997 film?

In the days before the Day of the Dead, the Pachuco returns to his hometown, Patzcuaro in Michoacan state, Mexico, after having had a pulse wires and bullets borders of the U.S. immigration authorities.
