MOVIE SYNOPSIS - Where can I watch it and what's the story of this 2004 film?

Ariel's world takes place in a small shopping center, something sordid, in the center of the city of Buenos Aires, where traders shout all day Italians, Koreans sell feng -shui and his mother works in a lingerie. All around, young people seek their immigrant ancestors to get a passport to take them to other places. While Ariel seeks to understand why his father left, it returns bringing with him a long-awaited hug.
