MOVIE SYNOPSIS - Where can I watch it and what's the story of this 2007 film?

Half the population of the earth has been killed in a non-nuclear world war. After the ceasefire, a new nation is born: OLYMPUS a neutral town, and beacon of hope for humanity. In the city - state of human inhabit Olympus, Cyborgs and Bioroids, artificially created humans with suppressed emotional traits, whose purpose is to maintain order among humans in the city. Year 2138, Deunan and Briareos are ES.WAT team members of Olympus, paramilitary agency that maintains peace and public security. The two protagonists have a relationship beyond the battlefield, that Briareos before becoming a cyborg due to injuries sustained in the war. Briareos, which has only 25% of their original body, Deunan is love, which sees it as if it never changed.
