MOVIE SYNOPSIS - Where can I watch it and what's the story of this 1956 film?

Peter Moll, leader of a jazz band and singer, is accused of stealing the melody for his hit song Ein Mann muss nicht immer schön sein (A man doesn't always have to be beautiful) from the composer Michael Schröder. As he loses his nerve during the trial, in which he is sentenced to pay damages as a plagiarist, he has to spend a day in prison, where he learns from the heavy Gustav that after a burglary he has sewn a valuable diamond into a black brassiere and hidden it in Frau Hebe's corset shop.
