MOVIE SYNOPSIS - Where can I watch it and what's the story of this 1989 film?

The Dr. Henry Jekyll experiments with cocaine sometimes make you lose control over yourself. Then your hidden personality emerges, the gruesome Jack Hyde, who, on cold nights in London, wandering the streets looking for victims in the most degraded, such as prostitution or local opium dens. As much as he tries, the police did not get him down.
