MOVIE SYNOPSIS - Where can I watch it and what's the story of this 2012 film?

Lorenzo is a young graduate in philosophy that, during the summer, working as a lifeguard. Attilio is a famous actor, who suffers from severe liver disease. Their lives intersect, so dramatic and wonderful at the same time, through the donation of the organ of young, recently died from a motorcycle accident.
